A sandstorm, also known as a dust storm, typically occurs after strong winds lift a significant amount of sand and dust from dry solids into the atmosphere. Sandstorms take place in dry areas where a significant amount of sand is present.

Wood-burning is a process used to create heat and is typically carried out for cooking or as a decoration in a home fireplace. Back in 2009, the EU began phasing out inefficient light bulbs in favour of energy efficient ones in an attempt to help the environment. Since then, it was announced that towards the end of 2018, all but a few types of halogen light bulbs will be phased out of the market and replaced with LED GLS bulbs.
